There have been quite a few changes at Intercasino both in the last couple of days and in the last month so it is time to include all of these in a single thread. Intercasino is one of the better casinos out there so changes here are more significant than they might otherwise be.
Ok - Support - things are not quite like they were in 2004 when the casino was winning awards for its support. There have been some complaints that since oct they have been a little slower than normal. This is something that i am sure will sort itself out in time though.
NO USA - they have stopped US players from being able to play at the casino and poker room. Obviously the bonuses have stopped for US players.
Change in bonus system
As of october you needed to put in a code BEFORE you got the bonus.
As of November the WR requirements have changed
for Slots and poker (normal poker i think not VP but not sure) *18
and for BJ and other games its 30 (it was 25)
Also now you cannot withdraw winnings untill the bonus has been cleared
Similarly you cannot play the likes of the tournaments untill you have cleared bonuses. As i used to deposit each month and play the odd tourney it has made a change on how I will play there. Maybe i will play the tourneys (with cash in the account) before i deposit that month I am not sure.
