The general requirements for these bonuses are as follows:-
1.These bonus is only open to players who have deposited via our links and are shown to have done so with our tracking software.
2. This is a private bonus arrangement funded by winningstart DO NOT ask the specific casinos about it
3. Bonuses with each group of casinos may have post requirements on winningstart before these bonuses can be claimed.
4. Players can ask whether or not they are eligable for the bonus via PM to myself. Allow one week for response.
5. The bonus will be paid within one week either side of the 7th of the start of the following month on which the bonus is claimed in the usual course of things. However I reserve the right to delay payment by an extra month if there is unexpected demand for these bonuses.
6. Whilst I reserve the right to stop this promotion at any time or to extent it beyond the timetable stated otherwise this offer will be valid until the end of August.
7. Only one bonus can be claimed under any of the deals below in the course of 14 days. What this means is that say if you participate in the Referback bonus scheme then you can only claim the bonus from one referback casino within 14 days. Once that period is up you can claim another bonus from referback. This does not stop you claiming other bonuses we offer here though. Initially there will be no other restrictions on the number of bonuses that people can claim but I reserve the right to add such a restriction at any point.
8. You must play through your money at the account to claim the bonus. I will decide on a case by case basis what this involves. I need to ensure that the sites involved do not withdraw my affiliate contract. However this will generally be taken to mean either i)busting out, ii)withdrawing with a reasonable profit or iii)playing through the deposit 3 times.
9. Sometimes the bonus will take the form of products or tokens rather than actual $$ and sometimes there will be choices. If the prize is say Poker Tracker then winningstart will purchase this for you - you cannot purchase this and get a refund.
10. This offer is made in good faith but you will have no contractal remedy if I fail to pay. This should not raise alarm bells because you will have no realistic remedy against most of the casinos you are betting with anyway. I am just being upfront about this. It will obviously be in my interest to keep good member relations and pay you.
11. These bonuses are not open to any winningstart employees or close friends of any winningstart employees.
12. Don't bitch and moan. If i tell you that I will pay you a bonus in 10 days time do not post repeatedly to try to get it sooner. This will not make you ineligable for the bonus but it will result in you getting at least a temporary ban. That said if I tell you you will get money in 10 days and after day 11 you are still waiting - a mistake has happened and I NEED to know about it.
13. Players caught trying to claim the bonuses from multiple accounts (i.e. account in wives and dog's names as well as their own) will not get the money and may get banned from the forums.
14. Any extra rules specified relating to specific casino groups will take precidence over these general rules where there is a conflict.
