The buy in was 25$ and 5000$ was the prize fund. Thats 1700$ added!!!! or an overlay of 34%!!!
If this was a poker tournament it would be almost unthinkable.
At the moment casino tournaments are definately on the rise. Before they get there it is clear that there is a lot of money to be made at the moment. This months tournament is Superfun21 and has the same 5000$ guarenteed. This will be well worth giving a try. The amazing thing is whilst you can play in this tournament anytime between now and end of April (and sign off and on I believe within that period) you only play for a total of 1 hour. True you have to finish high up but its definately worth trying. I will be playing in this game and will let you know how I get on.
They have one guarenteed 5000$ game a month and the game changes every month as well as several other tournaments at any given point.
